At Bows Boutiques, we want you to love your latest arrivals, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a refund. Please ensure all items are returned in their original, unworn condition with tags still attached.

Return Process

  Repack Your Items

  Place the items you wish to return back into their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and tags are intact.

• 2.
  Complete the Form

  Fill out the returns note included in your original parcel, clearly marking the reason for return and including it inside your package.

• 3.
  Choose a Carrier

  Send your parcel back to our warehouse using a tracked courier service of your choice; please keep your proof of postage until your refund is processed.

• 4.
  Await Your Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 working days.
